Delivery areas

We currently deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only. We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, offshore islands, PO Boxes, or addresses outside Great Britain.

Delivery charges

Free standard delivery on all orders over £75.
Standard delivery is £6.95 on orders under £75.
Express delivery is available for an additional £4.95, selected at checkout.
Delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay and are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Packaging & temperature

All orders are shipped frozen in insulated packaging designed to keep your meat cold and safe throughout its journey. Depending on transit time your order may arrive frozen or partially thawed — this is completely normal and safe, provided the contents are still cold to the touch. Please refrigerate or freeze your order promptly on arrival.

Delivery method & timing

Orders are sent via a specialist food courier. Delivery is typically made on the date you select at checkout; please note that delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as they can occasionally be affected by the courier network or weather. Deliveries are made during normal working hours.

Pre-orders

Where an item is shown as available to pre-order, you can place your order ahead of stock arriving. We will pack and dispatch your pre-order as soon as the fresh stock is ready, and we will keep you updated with expected timings.

Receiving your order

Because our products are perishable, please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery, and check and store your order immediately on arrival. We cannot accept responsibility for orders left in a requested safe place or with a neighbour. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or a refused delivery, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement, as the products may no longer be safe for resale.
